Not the band but a 1981 american horror flick by the same name,its valetines day and a disturbed type marks the occasion by killing people-like you do,it starts off with the odd person getting killed off for ignoring warnings of dire consequences if they observe the occasion then some party goers explore a disused mine where the real culprit is revealed.

The Burning ( 1981 )

Early eighties slasher thats perhaps typical of its genre - i.e wronged person exacts revenge upon a bunch of snotty teens at summer camp.it dont get really gory untill an hour or so in but it was fun to see some objectional types get bumped off.
